Rolled “Pancetta” special taste comes from the long ageing time that allows the lean meat to give its full taste to the whole product.
The aroma is intense, typical.
“Salumificio Gastaldi”, offers the rolled up “Pancetta” without rind that allows an easy cut for home meals.
It’s eaten in thin slices as appetizer or to enrich the recipes.
Pancetta is also available in vacuum packed pieces.
